If I had to do it all over again, and was able to personally create a real estate company, perfectly suited to the specific needs of someone doing what I was about to do, what would that company need to be?

What total product/service package would that real estate company have to provide, to simply be better than every other realtor in that market every time?

What personal experiences/professional credentials, would the employees of that company need to possess, in order to truly empathize with the clients and provide the right solutions in a timely fashion?

How could the company be structured in order to deliver the flow of necessary information to its clients in the most concise and logical manner?

What kind of collateral support would it need to offer clients over a specified time period?

What further information would the website need to contain, in order to better orient our clients?
