It is beautifully and elegantly furnished, has five bedrooms each with its own bathroom, fan and A/C. The elegant master bedroom has a double bed, a wonderful breezy balcony with comfortable chairs, inviting you to early morning coffee or sharing a bottle of wine under the stars at night. One bedroom is ideal for kids with its 4 bunks and its own bathroom. The three other well appointed bedrooms each have a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for elegant and/or casual entertaining with family and friends, including a separate freezer. The large terrace is gracefully furnished for relaxing and entertaining and boasts a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico, and is equipped with a bar, BBQ, and pool. On the first floor there is a visitors bathroom and also a “cuarto de servicio” (maid’s quarters)in case you require a maid. There are many Mayan ruins to visit, cenotes (underground rivers, some in caves) to explore, and of course there is Merida ! The capital city Merida hosts ongoing cultural events, such as symphonies, Mexican fiestas, great restaurants, cinemas and much more.
